Registration Update

The Organizing Committee for PerCom 2020 is actively and closely monitoring new developments regarding the Coronavirus situation in the United States and all potentially-affected countries. As of this moment, the conference is scheduled to take place as planned on March 23-27 in Austin, TX.

However, remote participation/attendance options are currently being developed for attendees whose travel is affected but are still interested in participating in PerCom 2020. For more information, please contact us via email at c.julien@utexas.edu and javier@austin.utexas.edu.

Every registration will also include coffee breaks and lunch for attendees, the conference reception on Tuesday evening, and a ticket for the conference banquet on Wednesday evening. All attendees to any conference event must register.

To register click hereRegistrations that do not "cover" a contribution (see below) should use the "Non-Author" option in the registration system, even if the registrant is a co-author on a paper.

Author Registration

Every paper appearing in the proceedings (including full papers, industry track papers, workshop papers, demonstration contributions, work in progress papers, and PhD forum abstracts) must be associated with a conference registration and someone must attend the conference in person to present the work. In all cases other than PhD forum abstracts, the associated registration must be a full registration. Students whose registration covers only a PhD forum abstract (and no other contributions) may register at the student rate.

  • Camera ready papers cannot be submitted until an author has registered and paid the associated registration fee.
  • A single full registration can cover up to two contributions (PLUS a PhD forum abstract, if applicable).
  • A student registration can cover ONLY a PhD forum abstract. (For this case, choose "PhD Forum Only" as the registration type.)
  • Please note: not all authors of a paper need to be registered as authors, but at least one of the authors must register as an author in the system, designate the paper id, and pay the full registration rate.

Authors may also purchase additional pages for their contributions in the proceedings.

  • Main and industry track papers can have up to two additional pages
  • Workshop, WiP, and Demo papers can have up to one additional page
  • No additional pages are allowed for PhD forum contributions
