PERCOM 2010 REGISTRATION

General information: Conference registrations include attendance to all
PerCom associated workshops and events. There is no workshop-only registration.
The preferred payment method for PerCom 2010 is on-line credit card payment - we
have invested a considerable amount of efforts and money into making our server
secure; furthermore, our credit card processing company is a leading and
reliable merchant. Please do not use special characters (i.e., non-English) in your name, address, or affiliation.
Discounted registration fee is available for members of the IEEE.
Discounts are also available for students (except for presented papers).
Early registration: The cut-off date for early registrations is 11:59 pm
CST on February 25th, 2010. Late registration fees apply. Please use credit card based payment; only use the money transfer/check option if there is absolutely no way for you to pay by credit card.
Funds must be received for any registration by the respective dates,
i.e., faxes and checks should be sent appropriately.
Cash and credit card based registration will be available on-site.
Refund policy: Refund requests must be received by should be received by 11:59 pm CST on February 25th, 2010 (contact the registrations chair). There is a US$25 fee charged for cancellations. There are absolutely no refunds for authors with registered papers. There are absolutely no refunds after the above listed cut-off date.
Author registration deadline is 11:59pm CST, January 29th, 2010.
Each accepted paper (main conference, WiP, demonstrations, or any affiliated workshops) has to have
one author registered as a full (non-student) technical session attendee.
For authors who have several accepted papers, one full registration can cover two accepted papers. In this case, after registering for one of the papers, please contact the registrations chair with the numbers of the two papers and attach the first page of both papers. For authors who have three papers accepted, a second student registration is required for the third paper. Please contact the registrations chair for more information, if needed. Authors who have more than three accepted papers should contact the registrations chair.
Banquet policies: Student registration fees do not include tickets to the
banquet. If you register as a student and wish to attend the banquet make sure
you purchase an additional ticket.
Other policies: No visa request letters will be
issued to non-author registrants or registrants not personally known by the
General Chairs. Payments made with fraudulent/stolen credit cards
will be reported to the Interpol and the FBI and will be subject to criminal
investigations.
