Registration

General Information

IEEE PerCom has a flat, include-all registration-fee structure. Conference registrations include attendance to all PerCom associated workshops and events. There is no workshop-only registration. An attendee is welcome to any (or all) of the workshops during Monday and Friday, and to all conference events Tuesday to Thursday. As PerCom has a tight schedule, conference registration includes refreshments twice a day, lunches, and refreshments during our poster session. Registration also includes a ticket for the conference banquet (except for student registrations); the banquet is an integral part of the conference and thus attendees cannot opt-out. The preferred payment method for PerCom 2013 is on-line credit card payment. PerCom registration is handled through EDAS. Every person intending to register for PerCom has to have an EDAS account (if such account is yet non-available then registration for and EDAS account is free). Discounted Registration Fee

Discounted registration fee is available for members of the IEEE. Discounts are also available for students (except for students who are registering papers to be presented). Students who only have a Ph.D. forum paper may register at the student rate.

 

Early Registration

The cut-off date for early registrations is 11:59 pm CST on February 26, 2013. EDAS will automatically update to late registration fees. Please use credit card based payment; only use the money transfer/check option if there is absolutely no way for you to pay by credit card. Funds must be received for any registration by the respective dates, Cash and credit card based registration will be available on-site.

 

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be received by should be received by 11:59 pm CST on February 18, 2013 through EDAS. There is a $35 fee charged for cancellations. There are absolutely no refunds for authors with registered papers. There are absolutely no refunds after the above listed cut-off date.

 

Author Registration Deadline

Author registration deadline is 11:59pm CST, March 1, 2013. Each accepted paper (main conference, WiP, demonstrations, or any affiliated workshops) has to have one author registered as a full (non-student) technical session attendee. For authors who have several accepted papers, one full registration can cover three accepted papers. Please contact the registrations chair for more information, if needed. If a student has only a Ph.D.-forum paper to register for, then the student can use the PHDF prefixed registration in EDAS and register as a student. Please note, that all authors (other than student who only have a Ph.D.-forum paper) are required to register at a full (IEEE member or non-member) rate in order for EDAS to assign their registration to their paper, thus all authors should use a registration event in EDAS that is either AIM or ANM coded.

 

Banquet Policies

Student registration fees do not include tickets to the banquet. If you register as a student and wish to attend the banquet make sure to purchase a ticket.

 

Other Policies

No visa request letters will be issued to non-author registrants or registrants not personally known by the General Chairs. Payments made with fraudulent/stolen credit cards will be reported to the Interpol and the FBI and will be subject to criminal investigations.
