1. Register for the conference.
Each accepted paper (main conference, WiP, demonstrations, or any affiliated workshops) has to have one author registered as a full (non-student) technical session attendee.
For authors who have several accepted papers:
- If two accepted papers, one full regitration is required. Please contact the registrations chair with the page number of the two papers and attach the first page of both papers;
- If three accepted papers, a second student registration is required for the third paper. Please contact the registrations chair for more information, if needed.
- If more than three accepted papers, please contact the registrations chair.
PLEASE NOTE: Camera ready papers cannot be submitted until the authors have registered and paid the conference. Only once this has been done will the "Upload paper" button become visible in EDAS.
To register, click the
button in EDAS and follow the corresponding steps.
PerCom2012 Registration Chair:
Gergely Zaruba, University of Texas Arlington
2. Submit Your Copyright Consent

The camera ready copy of each submission must strictly adhere to the IEEE formatting instructions to be included in the PerCom 2012 proceedings and the IEEE Digital Library.
a) Formatting your Paper
Please read the following information. It is important to ensure the inclusion of your paper, poster, abstract, or talk in the proceedings and the IEEE Digital Library. Please ensure your manuscript does not contain page number and header/footer, also please allow 1 inch bottom page margin.
