Discounted registration fees are available for members of the IEEE.
Discounts are also available for students.

28, 2003.
Please also note that the deadline for cancellation
was March 1st 2003, thus we will be unable to refund your
registration fees. If you cannot show to present your paper please contact
our TPC chair Dr. Mohan Kumar as soon as possible.
Online registration is disabled. Please register on-site (in Fort Worth) if you plan to attend the conference.
